Shipping Policy
Handy Door Man ships to any residential and commercial address within Los Angeles Area.
Handy Door Man will ensure that each product will be packed and shipped in appropriate and secure way to avoid shipping damage. All doors are shipped safely in secure storage, specially designated to protect your products. Local delivery is available in Los Angeles Area Only. We DO NOT delivery internationally. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Shipping delivery takes approximately to 6-12 business day depending on delivery location, type of order, quantity of doors and conditions. Shipping delivery hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm local time. Customers will be contacted by the shipping department to schedule time and delivery. Once your order ships, you will be provided with all delivery information.
Customers are responsible for any fees or costs (re-delivering) resulting from customers failure to take delivery on the schedule time. Shipping department will contact you at the number you provided to arrange a delivery time.
Handy Door Man truck delivery does not include any assembly or removal of shipping materials and boxes. The item will be delivered just inside the first front floor of your home or building main lobby. We highly recommend that 2 or 3 individuals to be present in taking delivery.
Customers DO NOT have to pay anything to the truck delivery or at any other time. If made by the customer to the representative, for any additional services. It will be the customers discretion and cost. Handy Door Man will not refund any payments under any circumstances.
Any change of delivery date or address must be received in email and call in to our office from 9:00am to 4:30pm of placing your order.
It takes few steps to review placed order. First, billing department will ensure that the order is accurate, and payment method is valid. Then, order is sent to the manufacture facility for shipment. If the items on your order are in stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. If the items are out of stock, they will not be shipped.
Customers are responsible to inspect signs of damage upon receipt of goods while the deliver is still there. When receiving package please check doors before releasing driver.
Shipping Disclaimer: Handy Door Man assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to the product and/or personal injury to an individual or any other issue that may arise from the delivery process.
If the delivery address is inaccessible or invalid, customer agrees to pay the additional delivery charges. Handy Door Man is NOT LIABLE for any damages. Please ensure you inspect the content of your order before signing the delivery receipt. Trucker will not open the packages therefore the customer will have to open the boxes and inspect the contents.
Installation or use of any door product constitutes customers’ acceptance. No damage or claim can be made once door has been installed.
