​1 Year Limited Warranty on Installation Workmanship

​​​​Installation Warranty

​​​​​​Handy Door Man in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties, offers a 1 Year Workmanship Warranty on all installation work.

This warranty is offered only on products or services supplied and installed by our company. The warranty on the products installed will be in accordance to the specific manufacturer of that respective product.
The warranty offered excludes all storm doors, doorknobs, locking devices, or accent and accessory hardware as they are subject to weather and seasonal changes resulting in required regular maintenance and adjustment.
Handy Door Man will be not be responsible for any abuse, neglect, or any item that would be normal periodic adjustment. This warranty will cover remedy of the faulty workmanship and does not cover any incidental or coincidental work caused by such.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and cannot be conveyed or transferred to any subsequent purchasers. This warranty is only valid on personal residences where the homeowner occupies the residence year around.

Note: Customer need to sign work proposal before starting job. Customer will provide, handle, barn, hinges, hardware and moldings (should be at job/site prior to installation) when applicable. The client will make payments to Contractor upon recipe, same day of installation.

·     It may be noisy during your installation

·     The installer will broom clean the immediate work area before completing the installation, airborne dust in other parts of home is a natural occurrence and is the responsibility of the customer

·     An adult over 18 years of age with the authority to make decisions about your installation must be present during the inspection, delivery, and installation. (When applicable)

Terms: Due and payable upon receipt. This work is guaranteed for 60 days provided invoice is paid within 10 days of date of invoice. If not paid within 10 days all guarantees are rescinded.

Note: Under the merchants Lien Law (California Code of Civil Procedure, Section 1181 et. Seq.), any contractor, subcontractor. laborer. supplier or other person who helps to improve your property but if not paid for his work or supplies. has a right to enforce a claim against your property. This means that, after a court hearing, your property could be sold by a court officer and the proceeds of sale used to satisfy the indebtedness. This can happen even if you have paid your contractor in full, if the subcontractor, laborer or supplier remains unpaid.
