7) Is a deposit required?
Yes, deposit is required. Deposit is used to buy required materials to start the job project.
8) Clean up at the end of a work day?
Handy Door Team will clean after every work day and take disposal waste (removal of doors, frames,...)
4) How do we resolve disagreements?
There should be no disagreements but, if they occur you can directly speak to Luis and come with a solution to the problem.
12) Timeline for Completion?
It usually takes approximately 3-4 weeks for materials to arrive. Also after contract is signed and the deposit is summited. Handy Door Man will let you know the amount of business days it will take for the door project to be completed.
6) Tool and Material storage?
We carry our own tools all the time and are stored in the company's van. Materials can be stored in our location or they could also be stored in the job site.
3) How will indemnification for any subcontractors utilized?
Handy Door Man will not be using subcontractors.
1) How will the property be protected from damage?
Handy Door Man Team will always take pre-caution during and after working at the job site. We will be aware of our surroundings and our team will go over a safety plan because safety is important for our team. We will treat your property with respect and as if it was our own.
10) How many doors per doors?
Depends on the quantity, type, size, location of doors.

2) Who will be on site to oversee?
At the end of the door project Luis will check that every door installation is properly installed without damage.
5) How will additional charges be dealt?
There should be no additional charges but, if they arise, we will let you know as soon as possible. Handy Door Man will directly contact homeowner or individual in charge.
11) Work days & hours?
Handy Door Team work from Monday through Friday. Saturday (8am-12pm) Time schedule varies depending on the location, quantity, size and type of door.
